A company is looking for a Scaled Customer Success Manager to drive client adoption, expansion, renewal, and overall satisfaction through scaled plays and programs.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement end-to-end scaled programs for onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansionIdentify opportunities to increase product awareness and adoption through targeted engagement campaignsAdvocate for customer needs and partner with internal teams to drive business growthRequired QualificationsMinimum 4 years of client services, marketing, or sales experience, preferably in B2B or account management3+ years of retail automotive experience preferredKnowledge of CDK applications and familiarity with the automotive industryExperience with Salesforce and customer success tools like TotangoHigh school diploma required; BA / BS preferred
