As the Plant Manager, you will
- Drive strategy deployment for plant initiatives and growth.
- Lead the plant to achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
- Develop and manage the plant budget effectively.
- Stay familiar with the competitive environment.
- Ensure proper inventory, production control scheduling, shipping / receiving logistics, and quality procedures.
- Lead Lean initiatives to ensure they are fully embraced and implemented.
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to leverage our technologies, systems, products, services, and processes.
- Maintain the highest standards of customer service.
- Promote team concepts, coach, mentor, and manage talent to foster a culture of accountability and results.
As the Plant Manager, you must have
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
