Growing Restaurant Group Immediate Need
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000 + Benefits and Bonus Packages
We are a fast casual concept that is not only rapidly growing across the United States, but internationally as well. Everything is customizable, made to order, and most importantly delicious! Our food has been made in a way that is not only able to be enjoyed fresh in one of our 125 locations, but can also travel well for delivery / take-out.
Every market we’ve entered, we have become an immediate hit and the-place for lunches, dinners, and catered events.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the accounting operations of the company, collaborating with external consultants in banking, legal, and accounting matters.
- Oversee the production of financial reports and maintenance of financial records.
- Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) to accurately report all transactions promptly.
- Maintain the company's system of accounting policies and procedures.
- Analyze business outcomes and offer guidance to the Management team.
- Supervise and inspire a small team of accounting staff to support the development and upkeep of business dashboard reporting for management.
- Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal reporting regulations.
Qualifications :
- A minimum of 5-7 years current Controller, Accounting / Financial Management experience
- Accounting / Controller Background in restaurant and / or a company that franchises is desired
- Experience in RSI a plus
- Controller must be results oriented with an emphasis on both individual and team accountability
- Attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Outstanding oral, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Background with sales analysis and reporting
- CPA credential a plus
