Position : E-Business Marketing Specialist

Position Overview
As our E-Business Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and driving the channel partner purchasing portal.
Your primary responsibility will be to optimize our e-business platform, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience for our dealer network.
Additionally, you will be a part of a new direct-to-dealer sales process by creating lead generation and customer nurturing campaigns.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to enhance product visibility, drive sales, and maximize customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is proactive, and possesses strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
E-commerce Platform Management :
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's e-commerce platforms
- Ensure the seamless functionality of the online store, including product listings, pricing, and inventory management
- Develop and manage product attributes to drive quality online listings
- New item set-up and maintenance on all of our e-commerce platforms (armacostlighting.com, Amazon.com Vendor Central, Home Depot Supplier Hub, etc.)
- Building new landing pages on the client's site
- Website product maintenance
Promotion :
- Build and execute the marketing and communication plans for the Trojan Lithium direct to dealer program for both the online and offline aspects of the program
- Create email campaigns, paid search, and display advertising to raise awareness and grow dealer mindshare
- Work within the e-commerce platform and optimize the pages for search (SEO)
Analytics and Reporting :
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce performance
- Generate reports and provide insights to optimize the online shopping experience and increase sales.
- Complete competitive analysis on how competitors are promoting products and programs on their digital platforms within the market
- Manage reporting and analysis of sales data to drive listing improvements
- Communicate weekly with operations to ensure adequate in-stock levels
Customer Experience Enhancement :
- Work on improving the overall user experience on the e-commerce platforms
- Implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce management
- Proven track record of driving sales growth through digital channels
- Digital advertising and promotion experience, 2 years preferred
- Proficient in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and content management systems
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO, and SEM
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
