Duties :
- Represent clients in legal proceedings, hearings, and trials related to family law matters such as divorce, child custody, adoption, and domestic violence.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, petitions, agreements, and court orders.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to advise clients on their rights and options.
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex cases.
- Maintain communication with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
Requirements :
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Florida State Bar.
- 2-6 years of experience practicing family law.
- Strong understanding of Florida family law statutes, rules, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently while also working collaboratively within a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Certifications :
Admission to the Florida State Bar.
