Overview
The Assoc Coordinator Procurement will provide support to the Norcal Market for centralized Purchasing activities. For purchasing functions, you will process SAP / S4 Hana POs, Purchasing Card and American Express Travel transactions and provide reporting and analysis to management.
The Assoc Coordinator will provide support to the Market Director in the form of reporting, calendar management and general administrative support.
Responsibilities
Technical Skills :
- Ensure invoices are paid timely, accurately and with the proper approvals utilizing SAP / S4Hana, MyBuy and P-Card
- Create / Maintain vendor master data in SAP following all standard operation procedures
- Process Business License renewals and maintain files per document retention policy
- Process customer refunds in a timely manner
- Ensure all P-Card and Amex reports are processed in Concur by the due date and all documentation is maintained
- Ensure all documents are submitted to imaging within a timely manner and that filing is maintained
- Provide spending analysis for Market Director, Unit Sales Managers and GM Asst Supervisor
- Market director point of contact for in office support on various tasks
- Subject matter expert, skilled in training and development to seek out specific problems to meet challenges
- All other duties as assigned
Compensation & Benefits :
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $37,000 - $51,500
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary

Qualifications
- Business education preferred or 1-3 plus years general business admin experience or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Finance and accounting knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to organize and analyze master information to make decisions about data attributes
- Expert knowledge and experience in MS Outlook and Excel including the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets and manage large volumes of data
- Ability to prioritize work and multi-task with a strong sense of urgency
- Commitment to excellence in customer service
- Proficient written and oral communications skills and the demonstrated ability to clearly, concisely, and persuasively communicate oral and written messages consistent with company policy to both internal and external audiences, using appropriate tone, grammar, and word usage
- Excellent data entry and clerical skills, including 10-key and computer keyboard skills, proficiency in using financial information system applications, basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division), and ability to operate common office equipment (, fax machine, photocopier, telephone)
