About the Business Development Manager position

We are seeking a suitable qualified and experienced Business Development Manager who is dedicated within this field. You will assist in developing the growth of the business by implementing new and effective strategies.

Also, you will seek new opportunities, marketing ideas and help to satisfy customers' needs.

Business Development Manager responsibilities are :

  • Developing strategies relating to customer satisfaction and growth within the financial sector of the company
  • Conducting researches to fulfil customers' needs and to also identify new markets
  • Arranging meeting with clients
  • Assisting with the promotion of the company's products / services
  • Preparing contracts
  • Giving positive feedback to clients
  • Building rapport with customers

Business Development Manager requirements are :

  • Experience as a Business Development Manager
  • Knowledge of principles of marketing
  • Good customer service attitude
  • Familiar with Hubspot and GSuite
  • Proven sales track record
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent at building rapport with customers
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • BA / BSc in Business, Marketing or a related field
