Overview :
- Work closely with the Back of House Director to oversee kitchen operations and ensure food quality and safety
- Lead and motivate a team of talented kitchen staff to deliver high-quality meals
- Maintain inventory, order supplies, and manage food costs
- Assist in training and development of team members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and excellent customer service
