This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst to join a progressive international company with a 1st class work environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Provide detailed, timely, and accurate analysis for reviewing month-end and quarter-close results compared to budget, forecast, and prior year.
• Present results and analysis to the executives
• Ability to move into a leadership and management role in the future
• Understand and analyze the impact of foreign currency and translation impact on the financial results.
• Prepare and provide financial statements and reporting packages monthly.
• Perform variance analysis and communicate key issues and trends.
• Coordinate with Regions and Management companies to analyze and report accurate forecasts.
• Special projects and analysis as assigned.
• Communicate, research, and resolve subsidiary and regional inquiries related to US GAAP and company policy.
• Support year-end audits with international subsidiaries and regional offices.
• Collaborate with IT on reporting software updates and developments related to system upgrades, financial reporting, and required improvements.
• Responsible for performing special projects to improve process efficiency and performance.
• Support regions and subsidiaries in addressing reporting and training needs.
• Propose process improvement solutions for system applications.

This opportunity is a direct-hire position in the Sandy Springs / Dunwoody area. You can telecommute up to 2-3 days a week and be in the office ten days a month, usually Tuesday, Thursday, and sometimes Friday.

REQUIRED SKILLS :

• 5+ years as a Financial Analyst
• Experience presenting financial results and analysis to executives
• Working knowledge of US GAAP
• Excellent analysis skills and experience
• Strong Excel
• Excellent organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities utilizing strong analytical skills
• Able to work efficiently with minimum supervision and within tight time constraints.
• Self-starter and ability to lead and drive change and improvements
• Consultive personality
• Bachelor’s degree (prefer Finance or Accounting)
• Stable job record (no job hoppers)
