About the team
The Seller Growth Operations team at TikTok helps build with day-to-day operations for Merchants and Sellers on the TikTok Shop platform.
We are responsible for driving full-funnel product education, acquisition, incubation, analytics, and strategy for all Merchants and Sellers.
This team is the voice of the market and collects, prioritizes, and shares meaningful insights to shape the future of TikTok's Seller Growth initiatives.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for acquiring and onboarding new sellers to TikTok Shop platform across various categories and channels.
- Conduct mass vendor acquisition through multiple channels, including direct and personalized emails, instant messaging, etc.
- Pitching cadence with the responsibility to overcome prospect objections and onboarding blockers.
- Review and monitor essential performance targets & KPIs in order to grow individual acquisition pipelines; self-sufficient management of the end-to-end leads to onboard process.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree or above, proven significant experience in seller growth strategy or related field.
- Good knowledge of MS portfolio, experience with CRM, lead management is a must.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering high ROI projects.
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with customer or seller acquisition tools and platforms.
