The Accounting and Administration Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Direct Reports
- Payroll, AP / AR and Receptionist
- Monthly statement preparation and review
- Assist with audits
- Onboarding of all new employees working with insurance vendors
Qualifications of the Accounting and Administration Manager :
- Bachelor’s / associates degree in accounting preferred
- Construction background strongly preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in professional accounting environment required
- Experience managing a team.
Salary : $85,000-$100,000
