Salary :
The role involves providing vital support to the QA / QC team by managing administrative tasks and facilitating effective communication between stakeholders in both Mandarin and English.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Supporting QA / QC team to perform administrative-related tasks.
- Translating documents and communicating in Mandarin and English with stakeholders
- Witness and perform onsite inspections
- Initiate, maintain, and distribute QA / QC documentation and records
- Perform receiving inspection and notification
- Supervise the control of measuring and testing equipment
- Identifies and facilitates correction of non-conformances
- Facilitates internal quality audits
- Maintains QA / QC Logs and continuity reporting
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bilingual : Mandarin and English
- Associate degree required.
- At least 3 years working experience of administrative or secretary.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal abilities, and excellent written / verbal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a construction environment
Preferred Qualifications :
- QA / QC experience
- Cleanroom experience preferred.
- Semiconductor facility construction experience preferred.
