Invitations & Meeting Coordination : Organize and send zoom / teams invitations and reminders.
- Document Preparation : Draft, edit, and format professional documents including email, marketing documents, presentations, and memos with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Task Prioritization : Juggle multiple tasks, shifting priorities as needed to ensure all administrative functions are running smoothly.
- Client Communication : Respond to routine client inquiries and manage correspondence on behalf of the President and executive team.
- Meeting Preparation : Prepare agendas, gather necessary documents, and ensure all required information is ready for meetings.
Background :
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative or assistant role, ideally supporting senior management.
- Ethics and ability to manage your time effectively in a remote setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Sharepoint MS365 helpful
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in calendar invites, document preparation, and emails.
