Reporting to the Manager - Reporting and Analytics, the Inventory Analyst is responsible for North American inventory reconciliation, inbound and outbound capacity utilization, network inventory balances and network sourcing review.
In this role you will be utilizing SAP, review daily reports from our 3PL warehouses and identify any inventory discrepancies while running projects to fix the root cause of any system or process issues.
The Inventory Analyst will also review process with warehouse teams to identify gaps and improvement opportunities to drive efficiencies.

Responsibilities
- Daily inventory reconciliation through SAP and 3PL software.
- Monitor inventory levels and service in warehouses and align with Supply Planning on inventory bucket reconciliations.
- Create and manage projects to help correct inventory related issues at the root cause.
- Resolve discrepancies related to shipping and receiving processes from the. distribution centers and SAP system.
- Partner with Finance on inventory discrepancy ledger postings to ensure ERP aligns with WMS.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain partners and HARIBO associates to improve efficiency, productivity, and processes.
- Design reporting to facilitate troubleshooting with 3PLs.
- Develop relationships with 3PL inventory teams to understand process flow, cycle count procedures and internal movements.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in Supply Chain Operations / Management, Supply and Inventory Planning or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- This position is primarily based in our corporate office in Rosemont, IL but will require occasion travel to our warehouses in Wisconsin and East Coast distribution center.
- Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Food related industry is a plus.
- Knowledge / Usage of SAP / Oracle is a plus (specific to inventory transactions.)
- Must be well organized, capable of simultaneously handling a variety of issues and assignments.
- Must have strong analytical, interpersonal communication, and project management skills.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Excel and the ability to use analytical skills to provide business insights.
