We are seeking a dynamic, innovative, and strategic leader to serve as our Permanent Director / VP of Marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our marketing department, driving growth and profitability, and developing and implementing strategic marketing plans.
This role requires a strong understanding of the engineering industry, specifically in SSD / Semiconductor / memory storage, and the ability to lead and inspire a team.
With a focus on OEM, DRAM, Hardware, SSD, IP Blocks, and ASIC, this position is integral to our success and expansion.
Responsibilities :
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives.Oversee the Product Development process and ensure that market trends and customer needs are adequately reflected in our product offerings.
Lead the SEM / SEO initiatives, enhancing brand visibility and market penetration.Drive partner engagement, fostering strong relationships with resellers and other key stakeholders.
Establish and monitor performance benchmarks for the marketing department, ensuring that our growth objectives are met.Work closely with the Product Marketing team to understand and promote our products effectively.
Create and manage a consistent brand image, improving brand awareness and positioning in the market.Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.Qualifications :
Strong understanding of CXLMinimum of 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the engineering industry.
Proven experience with OEM, DRAM, Hardware, SSD, IP Blocks, and ASIC.Solid understanding of SEM / SEO strategies and market strategy development.
Experience in Product Marketing and Product Development.Proven track record of successful partner engagement and managing resellers.
Strong background in SSD / Semiconductor / memory storage.Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive growth and profitability.Experience in branding and positioning, with a proven track record of improving brand awareness.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
