A law firm is seeking an Estate And Trust Administration Attorney for their Denver, CO office.
Job Overview :
The Estate And Trust Administration Attorney will be responsible for handling a variety of matters related to estate and trust administration.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of estate planning and probate law, with the ability to manage complex cases effectively.
Duties :
- Manage estate and trust administration cases from inception to resolution.
- Draft and review legal documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on estate planning strategies and options.
- Conduct legal research on estate and trust law issues.
- Represent clients in probate court proceedings.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members on complex cases.
Requirements :
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Colorado State Bar (or ability to waive in).
- 3-5 years of experience practicing estate and trust administration law.
- Strong understanding of estate planning and probate law principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Certifications : Skills :
- In-depth knowledge of estate and trust administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in legal document drafting.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships.
- Proficiency in legal research methods and resources.
Additional Preferred Qualifications :
- A portable business is preferred.
- Experience with tax planning and wealth management strategies is a plus.
