Sous Chef Responsibilities :
- Detailed, organized, focused, and MUST want to be involved in the creative process!
- Management of hourly staff in maintaining high kitchen standards
- Selection, hiring, and management of new employees
- Ability to maintain budget goals and train staff on best practices
- Demands the best at all times and creates a culture of dedicated teamwork of the highest standards
Sous Chef Qualifications :
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of running Casual Dining Concepts or Upscale Casual
- Experience with $5 million in annual revenue
- Steady Tenure
- Excellent Communicator, Strong Attention to Detail, Business Mindset
- Good Knowledge of Ingredients, Flavors, and Technique
