Cox Talent Acquisition (CTA) is responsible for providing best-in-class talent acquisition consultation and recruiting service delivery in a shared services organization spanning all Cox companies.

CTA is seeking a Communications and Training Lead to collaborate with key stakeholders to drive a best-in-class communications and learning strategy.
Responsibilities
Develop CTA communications strategy to effectively share the value of CTA with the enterprise.
Ownership of the CTA Hub
Lead all delivery aspects of the CTA Quarterly Town Hall meetings.
Partner with CTA Leadership to define the strategy for learning that is aligned with CTA core capabilities and determine how to best leverage technology to automate delivery that creates the highest quality learner experience while achieving operational excellence.
Serves as an expert in instructional design and emerging delivery methods, continuing to identify ways to deliver courses and consulting offerings that are both engaging and delivered in an efficient manner and drive the right learning outcomes.
Consult and partner with the enterprise learning and development to collate learning as appropriate.
Responsible for developing and maintaining all training documentation, including all training related to the CTA Tech Stack (Workday, Beamery, etc) and CTA processes.
Lead the cultural shift towards "Always on Learning", building learning as a habit for solving problems and sharing knowledge.
Qualifications
Minimum of 6 years of professional work experience.
At least 2 years of experience in a communications or learning role.
Bachelor’s Degree is required.
Experience partnering and presenting to all levels of an organization.
Expert skills within the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
Preferred
Experience supporting or working directly in a Talent Acquisition function.
