Job Summary : The Project Assistant is responsible for project management and analysis within the scope of sales, account management, marketing, and wellness initiatives as well as gathering and validating requirements, coordinating project tasks, regular communication to the parties involved and performing some administrative duties.
Provides data report to both sales management and team. Assists with creating document packages, document management, client presentations and client reporting packages.
Will take the lead on all sales vendor management to continuously provide using updated technology and services within the sales scope.

Qualifications
Qualifications and Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Health Care or equivalent work history.
- 5 years’ experience in healthcare insurance industry preferred.
- 3 years’ experience in health insurance data analysis, database management and creation of custom reports
- Superior written and verbal English communication skills to include :
- an approach that is tactful and candid
- an ability to convey goals and objectives clearly in a compelling manner,
- active listening skills, seeking clarification as needed
- confirming all verbal messaging via written documentation
- production of clear status reports
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with both internal and external customers.
- Confidence in decision making
- Strong time management with ability to multi-task between projects / reporting along with multiple competing priorities
- Skilled in data analysis with an understanding of :
- specifications and requirements
- structures and relationships for reporting needs
- data field types, data integrity and reporting issues.
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc.) and proficiency in creating Excel charts and pivot tables required.
- Self-starter with minimal supervision and results oriented
