A facility near Grand Rapids is seeking a full-time Endocrinologist or Diabetologist to join their Team.

Job details :
- Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism subspecialty
- Office Hours Monday-Friday 8 : 00 am-5 : 00 pm (34 face-to-face patient care hours a week for a 1.0 FTE) plus call once every 8-10 weeks
- Multidisciplinary care for the full range of diabetes and endocrine disorders
- Care for adolescents through adults
- Active MI license and DEA ( or willing to obtain)

Compensation / Benefits :
- Based on MGMA plus wRVU
- Contract length : 3-5 years
- Incentives : Sign-on, Relocation, Student Loan Repayment Assistance, Housing stipend
- CME Allowance : 1 week and $4000
- PTO (days) : 5 weeks
