As a Real Estate Sales Professional, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting properties.
You will use your expertise in the local market to provide valuable insights, negotiate deals, and ensure a smooth transaction for all parties involved.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, customer-focused, and eager to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation :
$75,000 - $200,000 at plan earnings
Responsibilities :

- Sell 3-6 homes per month

- Secure representation agreements and help clients throughout the buying process
- Weekend, Holidays, and evening hours required
- Be committed to practicing as a real estate professional full-time
- Willingness and desire to help participate in community give-back initiatives
Qualifications :
- We are looking for individuals who are passionate about excellent client service and personal and professional growth.
- Must have a Texas real estate license or be in the process of getting a real estate license
- Looking for a full-time commitment
- Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
- Be willing to be self-accountable
- Be tech-savvy (we will train)
- Be a great communicator both verbally and in writing
- Have the ability to adapt to different personalities and fast changes in the market
- Be a proactive problem solver and collaborate with team members
- Knowledge and understanding of current real estate trends / market
