We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, a strong sales background, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
This position involves working with buyers, sellers, and investors in real estate transactions, offering expert advice, and ensuring smooth and successful deals.
Compensation :
$75,000 - $200,000 at plan earnings
Responsibilities :
To Join Our Team, You Must
- Sell 3-6 homes per month
- Desire to be successful and self-motivated

- Be dependable and available to take 3-5 new appointments per week
- Meet with prospects in Austin and surrounding areas
- Secure representation agreements and help clients throughout the buying process
- Weekend, Holidays, and evening hours required
- Be committed to practicing as a real estate professional full-time
- Willingness and desire to help participate in community give-back initiatives
Qualifications :
- We are looking for individuals who are passionate about excellent client service and personal and professional growth.
- Must have a Texas real estate license or be in the process of getting a real estate license
- Looking for a full-time commitment
- Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
- Be willing to be self-accountable
- Be tech-savvy (we will train)
- Be a great communicator both verbally and in writing
- Have the ability to adapt to different personalities and fast changes in the market
- Be a proactive problem solver and collaborate with team members
- Knowledge and understanding of current real estate trends / market
