ADP Workforce Management Consultant (Hybrid)
We have an immediate need for a contract ADP Workforce Management Consultant to join a leading chemical manufacturing company.
The ADP Workforce Management Consultant will be responsible for the implementation and configuration of time and attendance systems across multiple regions, including Canada, India, the US, Netherlands, and Mexico.
Location : Irving, TX (Hybrid)
This job expects to pay about $80 85 per hour plus benefits.
What You Will Do :
- Oversee the implementation of Workforce Management and Time & Attendance systems, primarily using ADP and eTime.
- Configure time and attendance systems to meet the specific needs of different regions, ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements and pay rules.
- Serve as the technology point of contact for the implementation project, providing deep system configuration expertise.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Provide support and expertise in integrating Workforce Management systems within parts of the company.
- Ensure successful deployment and support of UKG Dimensions and ADP eTime systems.
- Manage the administration and ongoing support of Workforce Management systems, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
What Gets You The Job :
- 5-7 years of experience in implementing and supporting Time & Attendance systems, specifically ADP Workforce Management and eTime.
- Proven experience with the configuration of time and attendance systems, with a deep understanding of pay rules and statutory requirements.
- Strong knowledge of global Workforce Management practices, with specific experience in Canada, India, the US, Netherlands, and Mexico.
- Familiarity with UKG / Kronos systems and their integration with ADP.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of working with technology teams and business stakeholders.
- Ability to oversee and drive implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workforce Management systems.
