Title : Associate Brand Manager, COSMEDIX
Reports to : Vice President, COSMEDIX
Job Description : The COSMEDIX Associate Brand Manager is responsible for driving brand growth by developing innovative strategies and go-to-market plans for new launches and category pillars with executional excellence.
Initiatives will resonate with and impact audiences across all of brand channels : business-to-business, direct to consumer, Amazon, and international markets.
Additional responsibilities include performing business & competitive analyses, marketing budget / financial control, and preparing presentations for leadership meetings.

Job Responsibilities
Strategic Go-to-Market Planning
- Conduct internal and external competitive analyses to identify white space opportunities for innovation within the skincare category.
- Partner with cross-functional product development team to bring innovation to market, on-time and within budget; includes forecasting and budgeting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive, innovative 360 GTM strategies; present plans to sales and leadership teams.
- Manage projects on time and proactively identify challenges and opportunities; partner with cross-functional teams to resolve and optimize.
Performance Analysis and Optimization
- Conduct regular analyses to assess product, category, and overall business performance; leverage analysis to draw conclusions that identify gaps and opportunities for growth.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research.
- Determine product positioning and pricing strategies to achieve competitive advantage and profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in brand management within the beauty or consumer goods industry.
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Proficient in market research and sales analysis, with a keen eye for consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong leadership potential.
- Strong project management abilities with a focus on delivering results within established timelines.
- Creative and innovative mindset.
- Strong critical thinking skills and creative approaches to test new ideas and drive business results.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
