Title : Associate Brand Manager, COSMEDIX

Reports to : Vice President, COSMEDIX

Job Description : The COSMEDIX Associate Brand Manager is responsible for driving brand growth by developing innovative strategies and go-to-market plans for new launches and category pillars with executional excellence.

Initiatives will resonate with and impact audiences across all of brand channels : business-to-business, direct to consumer, Amazon, and international markets.

Additional responsibilities include performing business & competitive analyses, marketing budget / financial control, and preparing presentations for leadership meetings.

This position is an opportunity for a proactive, self-motivated individual to be both creative and analytical to help accelerate growth for COSMEDIX, while contributing to a collaborative and high performing team culture.

Job Responsibilities

Strategic Go-to-Market Planning

  • Conduct internal and external competitive analyses to identify white space opportunities for innovation within the skincare category.
  • Partner with cross-functional product development team to bring innovation to market, on-time and within budget; includes forecasting and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive, innovative 360 GTM strategies; present plans to sales and leadership teams.
  • Manage projects on time and proactively identify challenges and opportunities; partner with cross-functional teams to resolve and optimize.

Performance Analysis and Optimization

  • Conduct regular analyses to assess product, category, and overall business performance; leverage analysis to draw conclusions that identify gaps and opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research.
  • Determine product positioning and pricing strategies to achieve competitive advantage and profitability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in brand management within the beauty or consumer goods industry.
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Proficient in market research and sales analysis, with a keen eye for consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong leadership potential.
  • Strong project management abilities with a focus on delivering results within established timelines.
  • Creative and innovative mindset.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and creative approaches to test new ideas and drive business results.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
