We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior ServiceNow Developer. POSITION SUMMARY The Senior ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for the design, development, support, and execution of reports, dashboards, and solutions that support Ardent Health’s market and corporate customers.

This role is also responsible for understanding the core technical components of Ardent's applications, databases, and developing solutions to drive increased productivity, engagement, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities Participate in Ardent's future state ServiceNow environment with an emphasis on improving the CMDB and reporting & analytics (Performance Analytics).

Participate in the design, development and related maintenance efforts related to the enterprise ServiceNow environment, including annual upgrades.

Complete all assigned tasks in a timely manner with accurate documentation. Responsible for participating in gathering requirements activities, as well as testing criteria and testing activities, prior to pushing work to Production environment.

Participate in agile meetings (e.g. daily scrums, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and sprint planning). Mentor other developers and other internal resources as required and act as a SME where required.

Provide corporate and market resources with support and enhancements for all applicable technology supporting the related operation.

Respond to support tickets in line with established turnaround times. Investigate and complete all required steps for scheduled upgrades.

On-call support rotation for critical applications and reports. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant applications 6+ years of developing / administering ServiceNow environment 8+ years of designing and developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform preferred 3+ years of experience with Performance Analytics and other OOTB reports / dashboards preferred 2+ years of experience with AI and / or machine learning;

any experience with NowAssist preferred Experience with all phases of the software development lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, support) Experience setting up or implementing Virtual Agent conversations preferred Experience designing and enhancing Service Portal, Service Catalogs and Request Items preferred ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification preferred Experience working within the healthcare industry preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Proven track record of developing well-architected solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations Team player with a can-do approach to solving complex business and technical problems Support multiple ServiceNow applications teams by keeping them abreast of new functionality Ability to consult with business leaders directly through development of positive working relationships High degree of critical thinking along with the ability to be an innovative problem-solver who works independently in a fast-paced environment
