What is The Opportunity : We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Pricing Manager to lead our pricing initiatives. This role will be instrumental in optimizing our pricing strategies, enhancing profitability, and driving sustainable growth.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic, tactical, and operational pricing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to closely monitor cost fluctuations and market trends.
- Analyze price change requests, assessing margin impact, potential volume increase, and competitive pricing.
- Assist in designing and executing promotional campaigns, optimizing pricing, and conducting cost-benefit analyses.
- Develop compelling pricing proposals for new products and services.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor pricing strategies.
- Partner with product, sales, and finance teams to make informed pricing decisions.
- Continuously explore and implement pricing best practices.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a pricing management role within the logistics or transportation industry.
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies, cost analysis, and financial modeling.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
