- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Utilize logistics software and tools to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare and present regular reports on logistics performance, costs, and operational efficiencies.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement based on data analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics processes and reduce costs.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve supply chain efficiency.
- Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes impacting logistics operations.
Where is this position located?
This position will be based in St. Louis working a hybrid schedule including 3 days in office and 2 days from home.
What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role?
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the chemical industry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
What will set me apart?
- Certification in Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain Management (., CLTD, CSCP).
- Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Knowledge of international logistics and trade compliance.
- Large experience with KPIs, Power point presentations, Dashboards.
- Large experience in public presentations and demonstrations.
Salary Range : $67,000 - $107,000
Annual Bonus Target : 5% - 7%, subject to plan provisions.
