As a Development Manager you will lead a cross-functional engineering team developing the next generation of Ping's SaaS products.

You will be involved in all phases of the application lifecycle including requirements, development, test, and delivery.

You Will :

• Lead the development of new features.
• Manage recruitment, training, and building an accomplished software development team.
• Lead the forecasting, allocation, and management of capital and people investments.
• Work with product management to determine product requirements and definitions.
• Assist your team in responding quickly in the event of unforeseen production issues.
• Report to a Director in the R&D Organization

You Have :

• Experience hiring and leading outstanding engineers.
• Experience leading Agile teams and planning processes.
• CI / CD commercial cloud architecture and delivery experience.
• Minimum of 2 years experience leading Software as a Service teams and processes.
• Minimum of 5 years experience directly managing development teams, creating and delivering successful commercial products to the market.
• Experience coordinating across teams including product development, product management, and customer services for the requirements, development, test, and delivery of products.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
