As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for our Customer, a Global leader in life sciences and diagnostics you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
- Collaborating with external agencies to coordinate the recruitment process.
- Screening and reviewing candidate application materials.
- Presenting selected CVs to hiring managers.
- Supporting travel arrangements for candidates.
- Managing recruitment processes primarily for UK and Nordics markets but also other EMEA countries.
Qualifications :
At least 2 years of administrative experience in a professional setting, with a strong emphasis on customer service and administrative support.
Previous experience in a recruiting environment is a plus.
- A service-oriented mindset and a proven track record of dealing effectively with customers.
- Excellent communication skills with a confident yet friendly demeanor.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy.
- Fluent Arabic or Danish or German or Italian.
