Workday is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead procurement customer experience and communications. We’re looking for a storyteller who’s passionate about customer success and helping teams succeed.

You are the biggest advocate for our employees, thinking for them and being their voice in meetings. You will reimagine the way we think about end-user experience to increase satisfaction and employee engagement with the Global Procurement Office.
Responsibilities :
Cultivate and grow the brand / voice of the Global Procurement Office to improve the user experience to increase satisfaction
Gather, analyze, and report internal customer feedback by launching NPS surveys, highlighting opportunities, creating a persistent feedback loop for improvement
Drive adoption of project launches through change management and establishing success measures to track program effectiveness
Develop and facilitate a strategic communications program to drive the VIBE of the organization and establish GPO as a thought leader in the industry
Develop messaging to share GPO’s journey in how we run Procurement using Workday
Develop internal and external facing executive presentations, and provide design recommendations to colleagues
Work hands-on with leaders and other key stakeholders to develop, plan, write, edit, and distribute communication materials, including organizational updates and newsletters.
Ghostwrite for leadership
Manage and make improvements to intranet sites to enhance the user experience
Manage initiatives / projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and adoption
About You
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
7+ years of communications, marketing, or customer experience including developing and executing strategic communications across various mediums (including email, intranet, social media, email newsletters, and videos)
Other Requirements
Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic, tech company (Saas preferred)
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise messaging; ability to write in a simple, direct, warm and friendly tone
Experience designing websites and presentation templates
Experience with change management and communicating key initiatives across multiple internal target audiences
Experience using an employee communications tool a plus (e.g. Staffbase)
Strong Google Workspace skills including Google Sites, and other commonly used corporate desktop and cloud applications
Strong collaborator and ability to offer suggestions and improvements to process and work effectively with all personalities

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.
As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission / bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
