Job Summary :
Reporting to the Technical Support Manager, the Project Coordinator provides direct coordination, and regular communication with the sales consultants, the manufacturing facility, and the customer throughout the sales order and production process for all Stewart managed installation orders.
Project Coordinator will participate in the continuous improvement of the process and procedures relating to this role.
Job Responsibilities :
- Coordination and completion of multiple sign projects at a time, ensuring consistency with customer expectations, company strategy, commitments, and goals for Stewart managed installation orders.
- Communicate with Stewart Signs installation vendors throughout the managed installation process to ensure adherence to quotes, budgets and customer expectations.
- Proactively communicate with Stewart Signs customers to establish a project pace, embrace situations to resolution providing a superior customer experience.
- Efficiently coordinate each sign project’s timeline and schedule from point-of-sale to installation.
- Provide information to appropriate departments or persons to progress sign project to completion.
- Conduct live customer order audits to clarify order, set proper expectations and build project.
- Work with installers to acquire quotes on potential upcoming projects based on information provided by sales representatives in company.
Education / Experience
- 1-3 years of demonstrated high level data entry and customer service experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects to completion.
- Goal-oriented, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to learn technical products quickly or technical aptitude.
- Excellent verbal and written skillsets and ability to communicate with multiple departments.
- Experienced in Outlook, Excel, and any Customer Relationship Management Database. Epicor is preferred but not required.
Job Location
- The location of this job is in our Sarasota, Florida office.
- Remote work available upon completion of training.
