We are a fast-paced, reputable 29-year executive recruiting firm focused in the heavy highway, infrastructure and commercial construction industry.
Recruiting and / or Construction experience required! We have developed territories for you! Our beautiful office, located in Holladay at the base of Big Cottonwood Canyon is looking to continue to grow our dream team!

Responsibilities :
Writing captivating job descriptions. Developing comprehensive candidate profiles. Utilizing industry platforms to find and develop potential candidates.
Cultivating relationships with candidates and clients. Facilitating, negotiating, and closing employment contracts.
Qualifications :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong decision-making skills, 2+ years sales / recruiter experience preferred.
Tech-savvy, Recruiting experience a plus, Construction industry experience preferred, 4 yr. degree preferred, but not required Strong persuasive writing skills required.
