Enumerate is looking for a Manager of Training & Enablement to join our team!

Strategic. Collaborative. Outcome-focused. That is who you are and the type of team you aspire to lead. This role will oversee a team of 6-8 subject matter experts in our platform and industry.

You will be responsible for creating comprehensive training and enablement content for customers, partners, and internal employees.

Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in building a customer-facing LMS with tailored learning paths for the diverse personas our software serves.

This is a full-time position with a budgeted range of $ 75 - 9 0k including a 1 0% incentive component . The role is based in the Central or Eastern time zones and is fully remote, with about 5% travel for company and client events.

Who you are

A proven leader with experience in training, enablement, or education roles within a technology or SaaS environment.

Strong communicator with a talent for making technical or complex topics understandable and engaging.

Experienced in developing and managing LMS platforms, with a focus on creating personalized learning paths.

Skilled in project management, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and deliverables simultaneously.

Collaborative and able to work cross-functionally to align training content with broader company initiatives.

Adept at using data to measure the success of training programs and identify areas for improvement.

Knowledgeable about best practices in adult learning, instructional design, and content delivery.

What you will do

Lead a team of 6-8 subject matter experts responsible for developing training and enablement content.

Develop and maintain a customer-facing Learning Management System (LMS) with role-specific learning paths for different user personas.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training content is aligned with product updates, industry trends, and customer needs.

Manage the creation of training resources including live webinars, office hours, and self-paced courses for customers, partners, and employees.

Leverage resources to d riv e product adoption with 1-on-1 coaching during customer onboarding.

Implement and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of training programs and continually optimize content based on feedback and performance data.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure training initiatives align with company objectives and customer success goals.

Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the Training & Enablement team.

Requirements

3 + years of experience in training, enablement, or similar roles, with at least 1 year in a leadership position.

Experience leading teams and managing training initiatives in a software or technology environment.

Familiarity with LMS platforms and creating learning paths tailored to various personas.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences of varying technical backgrounds.

Experience with customer success, onboarding, or similar customer-facing functions is a plus.

Familiarity with the Community Association Management industry, PropTech or FinTech preferred.
