Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage valuation engagements for financial reporting, tax compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic planning.

Develop and review complex financial models, including DCF analyses, OPM, market multiple analyses, and other valuation methodologies.

Prepare and present detailed valuation reports to clients and stakeholders, providing expert financial analysis and insights.

Analyze financial statements, transactions, and business records to identify discrepancies and potential issues.

Support litigation processes by preparing valuation reports and providing expert testimony as needed.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing proposals and leading business development initiatives.

Mentor and develop a team of valuation professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.

Experience : 12+ years of experience in business valuation, with a demonstrated track record of success.

Certifications : One or more of the following professional certifications are highly desirable CVA, ABV, ASA, or similar

Skills : Strong business development experience, forensic accounting, litigation support, and expert testimony experience are a plus.

Attributes : Excellent analytical skills, ability to manage multiple projects, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and a proven ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and colleagues.
