Genesis10 is currently seeking a Deal Strategist / Commercial Manager with our client in their Austin, TX location. This is a 6 month + contract and hybrid remote position.
Summary :
Deal Strategists / Commercial Manager for client's Cloud's Global Business Practices have the aptitude for analyzing opportunities, creating innovative business deals and executing transactions throughout the sales cycle.
You will serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader to the Cloud's Sales Teams in the development and execution of commercial structures for strategic, complex or highly competitive direct and partner-sourced opportunities.
This role is highly customer, partner and sales facing yet relies heavily on your ability to execute and transact.
The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and operations background and be a proven collaborator across multiple stakeholders and be able to manage multiple opportunities / transactions.
Responsibilities :
Facilitates alignment and communication between the Cloud's Sales Teams, internal stakeholders -
Support Sales and Partners, both internal and external, with contract interpretation, negotiations and administration of the Cloud's licensing and service agreements including award letters, amendments, extensions, renewals and new business.
Validate all aspects of contractual packages for accuracy and compliance with the Cloud's Business Practices.
Requirements :
Minimal years of experience - 7 years.
Experience in a commercial agreements or pricing environment.
Stakeholder management and expectation setting.
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and analytical communication skills.
Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
Non-Essential Skills / Qualifications :
Strong analytical and problem-solving experience, combined with strong business acumen.
Self-starter with strong agency, ability to critically think and effectively execute various transactions throughout the sales cycle.
