Job Responsibilities
- Identify major competitors, research their fan products, sales, and marketing strategies, and provide data for analysis by the Product Manager.
- Study, review, and consolidate product data, catalogs, flyers, and other commercial documents for marketing activities.
- Initiate product teardown and competitive benchmarking studies with the Engineering Team to provide cost reduction ideas.
- Provide technical ideas, sketches, fan drawings, and customer order designs.
- Offer recommendations for fan selection and optimal cost solutions for specific applications.
- Support the Product Manager in providing fan selection training to the sales team.
- Interact with sales offices and customers to understand needs and product applications.
- Participate in sales support events to stay updated on industry developments.
- Prepare and review centrifugal fan sales data for review with the Product Manager.
- Assist in organizing product presentation materials and promotional strategies.
Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with a minimum of 5 years' experience in technical sales support.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- Initiative, likeable personality, problem-solving skills, and passion for sales support.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office applications is required.
