Project Coordinator
Our client a world leader indiagnostics and life sciences is looking for" Project Coordinator " basedout of Tucson AZ .
Duration : LongTerm Contract (High possibility ofextension)
Responsibilities :
SupportsPathology team with a variety of routine to advanced administrativeand operational activities including but not limitedto :
Scheduling and coordinatingonsite / offsite meetings and teamschedules
Coordinating domesticand international travel and conferencecalls
Channeling communicationand / or materials
Coordinatinginterview scheduling and employee onboarding office moves andoffice supply management
Creatingand submitting purchase orders and compiling expensereports
Assists with thedevelopment of project schedules andplans.
Ensures project relateddata is accurate and assist in datamaintenance.
Coordinates allaspects of a small project or phases of a larger project ensuringproject objectives are met and business goalsachieved.
Tracks and reportsproject success measures. Notifies project team members whenpotential issues may arise such as missed timelines and over budgetspending.
Identifies andimplements process improvementinitiatives.
Experience&Skills : Bachelors Degree
Bachelors Degree
2 years projectsupport and / or relevantexperience.
Thorough knowledge ofoffice administration and supportpractices.
Strong communicationcustomer service and interpersonalskills.
Proficient with MS officeapplications which includes Word Excel AccessPowerPoint.
