Position Summary :
The Director of Information Technology provides management and direction for the Campbell Oil Company and BellStores Information Technology department.
This position will collaborate with all areas of the organization to understand technology initiatives and challenges and provide the team with actionable objectives and solutions.
This individual will possess a strong background in technology systems with experience managing, maintaining, and supporting complex environments while meeting the security requirements of modern networks.
This role is expected to build a full working knowledge of the organization’s operations and core functions to ensure all initiatives and objectives are being met.

Essential Functions
- Daily oversight and direction to on-site Information Technology and Point-of-Sale teams
- Proactively recognize areas for technology solutions and automation to support and improve operations
- Translate business directives into technology focused solutions to support business goals and objectives
- Work collaboratively with business leaders to strategically support initiatives and resolve technical challenges

- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, enabling effective coaching, collaboration, teambuilding, transparency and trust
- Relevant daily technology experience to contribute to and manage IT team; willingness to be involved in many highly technical aspects of projects
- Proven understanding of computer systems, networks, security, telecommunications, databases and storage systems, including but not limited to Enterprise Retail Planning (ERP), Networking (Routing, Switching, Next-Generation Firewalls), Microsoft Azure Cloud, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), and VMware virtual servers
- Strong communication, organization and documentation skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks and projects
- Solid working knowledge of all relevant coding languages and security protocols
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, information systems, computer science or related field is required
- Minimum eight years’ experience working in IT operations
- Minimum three years’ experience overseeing IT teams and projects
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Cisco CCNA certifications desirable
