S. equipment manufacturers. The role focuses on developing and managing key customer relationships in North America, driving both existing and new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and Execute Customer Strategies : Create and implement tailored strategies to grow customer relationships and achieve sustainable profit growth, focusing on both current and new business opportunities.

  • Identify High-Growth Opportunities : Proactively identify projects with high growth potential and ensure the right resources are in place to capitalize on these opportunities.

  • Drive Sales Performance : Monitor sales performance and demand generation activities, ensuring timely reporting and data-driven decision-making.

  • Build Strategic Relationships : Foster strong executive relationships, serving as a bridge between Hisense senior leadership and key customer stakeholders to support long-term strategic partnerships.

  • New Business Development : Spearhead the development of new customers within the region, leveraging strong "ice-breaking" skills to penetrate new accounts and open doors to new opportunities.

Qualifications :

  • Experience : Minimum of 5 years' experience in technical sales, marketing, or key account management, specifically within the terminal optical network or related industry.

  • Language Skills : Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
