Position Requirements :
- 5+ years Human Resources experience; preferably in a leadership role
- Extensive experience with recruiting, on-boarding, disciplining employees
- Ability to listen to the team / market to understand retention and employee benefits
- Experience with professional services industry is highly required
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Bilingual is a must
Compensation and Benefits!
- Salaried Position is $80-110K salary
