Your new role as the HR manager :

  • Lead the human resources department and work closely with the company owner
  • Create SOP’s for all aspects of human resources including employee relations and communications, compensation and benefits administration, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
  • Learn all aspects of the business to accurately recruit for jobs
  • Hire staff to build up the human resources department

Your experience to be the HR manager :

  • 5 years of experience as an HR manager or HR generalist in a professional setting
  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or related field strongly preferred
