PrincipalDuties and Responsibilities :
- Coordinate activities by scheduling work assignmentssetting priorities and directing the work of teammembers.
- Manage production schedules to meetdeadlines and achieve production goals.
- Identify staff development and training needs and ensurethose needs are met.
- Prepare and presentreports on production performance progress against targets andissue resolution.
- Analyze production data toinform decisions and recommendations.
- Handlespecial orders or customized requests as needed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements toenhance efficiency and productivity.
- Respondto client calls and emails for quotes and updates onsurveys.
- Process new and existing orders andprepare field packages.
- Invoice clients anddistribute surveys collecting payment as needed.
- Maintain communication with accounting on paymentsowed.
- Keep open communication with staffdrafting teams and clients regarding the status of openjobs.
- Maintain a weekly status list and manageclient information in the database.
- Communicate with field crews throughout the day to stayupdated on project status.
- Assist withinvoicing and back up the duties of the Technical Field OperationsManager as needed.
Job Requirements :
Knowledge Skills &Abilities :
- Experiencein construction or land surveying is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to highqualitywork.
- Strong leadership organizational andproblemsolving skills.
- Proficiency inMicrosoft Office with strong data entry skills. Experience withSage is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fastpacedenvironment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks anddemands.
Education& Experience :
- At least three years of experience in a supervisory ormanagement role.
- Ability to maintain aflexible work schedule.
- High School Diploma orequivalent is required; additional education is a plus.
