We are hiring for full time or part time shifts starting at 2am, 4am, 6am, 8am and throughout the day. No shift works later than 6pm MST. We are open M-F.

We have the largest in-house call center in the payments industry and take over 135,000 calls each month. Since our founding, we have tested over 1 million systems, from Fortune 500 businesses to small retailers, for data security and compliance.

We are one of only a handful of companies worldwide certified by the PCI Council to conduct all major PCI compliance validations.

In 2019 we won the awards for New Product / Service of the Year (GDPR Defense), Cybersecurity Product (PCI Customer Portal), Best Product : Compliance (PCI DSS Assessments).

We are rapidly growing and looking to expand the team.

Account Development Representative :

This is an entry level position (no experience needed) that plays an essential role in developing and growing SecurityMetrics’ customer base.

Account development representatives have a big impact on SecurityMetrics’ long-term success. Foundational sales skills learned in this position will translate into sales or other growth opportunities.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Make outbound calls and emails
  • Generate and qualify sales opportunities for Account Managers
  • Achieve monthly target of qualified sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with Sales Team to increase efficiency of generated sales opportunities
  • Maintain and develop a pipeline in SecurityMetrics’ CRM

  • 1+ years of sales experience preferred
