Male as per cabin arrangements.
Runs with 4 crew.
No dietary restrictions, but we would like the Chef to know a multitude of cuisines and be capable of accommodating guests' requirements.
Kosher cooking, gluten free and vegetarian / vegan will be great advantage.
Someone with great ideas and impressive food plating.
- Experience running a galley on similar sized vessels (Can also be larger vessel, but they have to have realistic expectations for galley size).
- Solid previous experience required.
- Solid references from previous Captains.
- Strong English is a must.
