Communications Lead

We are looking for someone who is passionate about and well-versed in storytelling at an enterprise scale, with a passion for inspiring a worldwide sales team.

You will excel at digging deep into the details, working collaboratively and cross-functionally to get the answers you need to support communications to your audiences, and pushing through ambiguity to achieve your goals.

You will know how to action quickly in the face of rapid change, and be able to explain the what, when, why, and how across enterprise-level communications mechanisms.

Success in Role Performance Outcomes for the next six months

  • Apply your 5-8 years of editorial skills to find and tell the most urgent stories to the right audiences at the right time
  • Use your demonstrated success in establishing two-way mechanisms to iterate what and how you communicate with the most critical audiences, promoting information and collecting feedback to identify what’s working / not working
  • Build out a monthly communications package in collaboration with team members and own the process for ensuring its timely and impactful delivery across regions
  • Partner with peers in internal communications to leverage their vehicles where that is the best solution
  • Distill complex projects into succinct key messages for easy consumption in line with approved messaging
  • Create and publish communications to support learning, tools, and resources developed by central or partner teams
  • Assess communications mechanisms at regular intervals to understand how to iterate for success
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to always stay one step ahead of what your audiences need to know
  • Please be ready to share a writing portfolio that demonstrates your exceptional writing skills

The Work You Will Do

  • Develop and implement a process for creating and promoting a high volume of success stories, including when and where to publish internally, what media, and when to promote at the highest corporate level
  • Implement and improve upon a process for identifying what to communicate for the monthly comms package, and what is needed for continually iterate for success
  • Communicate across a variety of formats presentation, video, email, social posts and more to get the right message to the right audience at the right time
