We are seeking a career-oriented individual for a Tax Documentation Specialist position in Lancaster, PA. We are willing to train the right candidate.
The Tax Documentation Specialist will work on reviewing local earned income tax returns, processing payments for various taxes, preparing correspondence, and communicating with taxpayers.

The Tax Documentation Specialist will be responsible for the following duties :
- Interpret tax laws and rules to provide customer service via phone, website, or at the counter, responding with timely and accurate information.
- Process individual, employer, and real estate forms and data, along with related tasks.
- Update computerized records systems.
- Generate correspondence, receipts, certifications, and other tax information per customer requests.
- Handle a variety of daily mail.
- Manage unclaimed checks and refund check printing as necessary.
- Prepare bank deposits.
- Post payments in Electronic Payment Processing.
- Provide multiple forms of customer support for web-based applications.
- Develop professional goals and meet deadlines.
- Handle cash and credit card payments.
- Balance and reconcile real estate accounts.
The Tax Documentation Specialist must meet the following criteria :
- Accurate data entry and typing skills
- HS Diploma or equivalent
Tax Documentation Specialist Schedule :
- January through June : M-F 7 : 30am-4 : 00pm
- July through December is M-TH 6 : 30am-4pm
