As a Process Transformation Manager, you will work in a global setting, with stakeholders from various Maersk teams, driving alignment for operational excellence and customer value creation.
Willingness and ability to travel internationally (Up to 10% of working time)
Responsibilities :
- Assess, understand and map processes for as-is and to-be, including controls, RACI
- Review SOPs / IOPs developed by area / region teams
- Develop valuation of impact of risks and controls, and prioritize
- Define roadmap to for the workflow to move to future state with risks and controls
- Define automation possibilities to assist with current and future processes and metrics
- Partner with region to establish new procedures
- Drive closure of audit items and address risks
Education and Travel Requirement :
- Bachelors Degree required, Masters preferred
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time based on the work assigned
Professional Experiences Requirement
- 1-3 years of experience in parcel delivery business, e.g., last mile carrier, 3PL, 4PL
- 1-3 years of experience of process definition related work experience with demonstrated experience with process design, mapping, documentation, controls, improvements, and change management
- 1-3 years of experience in financial processes and mechanisms, big advantage for experience in controllership and accounting
- 1-3 years of experience in managing projects and stakeholders and effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
Soft Skill Requirement :
- Strong proven analytical skills with profiency in translating complex concepts and business requirements into easy-to-understand communication, Solving problems and making data driven decisions
- Strong proven ability to write convincing narrative with strong logic in memo and presentation format
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and influence effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent ability to write concise and effective memo and presentations
- Excellent ability to present
- Excellent ability to deconstruct problems, structure path to solution, and devise solutions
- Excellent ability to pinpoint data required to make decisions

Pay Range : $90,000-$105,000

The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.
The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
