Summary Description
The Sr. Program Manager, eCommerce will play a central role in the development, management and coordination of activities related to an eCommerce channel program.
The role will lead and develop the overall vision and strategy associated with this core fulfillment program. This role will participate and guide technology roadmaps and development, ensure that business needs are considered in implementation and across business processes, and partner with key stakeholders to move initiatives forward.
This role will play a key role in ensuring that the business is in a competitive position relative to our competitors and market in the critical aspect of eCommerce fulfillment.
In addition, this role will be accountable for both performance reporting and performance improvements in a cross-functional sense.
This role will be accountable for a team of analysts who support the program.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Program Management :
Actively participates in all technology and related stakeholder planning sessions to bring a perspective of business objectives and desired outcomes to bear in the road mapping and development processes
Develops strategy through user research and data analysis and leads cross-functional teams to deliver on those strategies
Monitors the health of the current ship to home program through inventory availability and eligibility monitor
Builds, analyzes and communicates key performance metrics for program areas that fall within the area of responsibility (i.e. core KPI’s)
Establishes partnerships cross-functionally in an effort to represent all key areas in the development and implementation aspects of direct to Athlete fulfillment programs
Operational Process Management :
Is well-versed and capable of managing all day-to-day operational aspects of the programs under areas of responsibility including inventory availability and eligibility
Manages and monitors stock levels to ensure the best mix of fill rates and inventory availability across the business
Works cross-functionally with supply chain partners to actively manage inventory levels and contribute to the overall productivity of inventory levels within areas of responsibility
Leads Direct Reports :
Will have the responsibility for the leadership and development of the Teammates reporting to the role
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor's Degree, Masters Degree preferred
7-10 years of experience in product / program management, business development, management consulting, and direct-to-consumer fulfillment preferred
Experience managing data in large, enterprise-level applications such as Manhattan, INTERA, etc.
