As an Inside Sales Biotech Account Manager you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building relationships with our valued biotech customers.

You will have the opportunity to work with a worldclass team develop your sales skills and contribute to the success of our ambitious sales targets.

This role is 4 days based from our Inchinnan Glasgow Site 1 day remote

25% UK Travel Occasional Sweden visits

Responsibilities :

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the biotech industry
  • Foster and nurture strong relationships with a diverse range of customers
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure flawless of sales strategies and initiatives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Successfully manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts
  • Conduct market research to determine customer needs and preferences
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective customers
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Strictly adhere to company policies and procedures in all sales activities

Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree in a Science relevant field.
  • 12 years Consistent track record of success in sales preferably in the biotech industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ambitious and selfmotivated with a passion for achieving sales targets
